What We Want You To Do:

• Fluently speak the web; Code in JavaScript ES6+
• Have fun while you do it
• Work on products the digital marketing world has never seen before
• Use agile methodologies to get there

What We Want To See:

• 1-3 years of working JS experience
• Understanding DOM and the browser
• Expertise on a higher-level framework like React
• We will appreciate working experience with both Angular and React frameworks as well as Redux
• Easy going attitude, good communication skills and team spirit

Who You Are:

• Self-driven with ability to take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Self-starter requiring minimal supervision who takes initiative to improve established practices
