Senior Frontend Developer

It's now time for us to expand and set up our first office outside of Germany. It will be a Tech and Product office, located in Belo Horizonte in Brazil and we are thus looking for Senior Engineers to help us in this exciting next step!

What would be your responsibilities?

• Build and improve our medical reporting engine, an interactive medical reporting application that supports radiologists in every step
• Tackle challenging algorithms for medical text such as text generation, autocompletion and spell checking
• Work on cutting edge frontend technologies such as speech recognition
• Make our application ready for integration by designing and creating client-side APIs
• Identify and drive the adoption of best practices to keep our code base clean, well tested and maintainable

Who are we looking for?

• You bring 4+ years of experience as a software developer with a focus on JavaScript and React
• A proven track record of building frontends for interactive web applications with complex logic
• Strong knowledge of React and JavaScript, as well as familiarity with TypeScript
• Curiosity and an interest in continuously developing yourself and adding new technologies to your knowledge base
• Strong communication and presentation skills as you may have to act as a technical expert in client discussions from time to time
• Fluent in English
• If you have a degree in maths and physics, we consider this a plus.
• We also consider previous experience in healthcare IT (HL7, DICOM, FHIR) a large plus
