Frontend Engineer

Our freshly launched Fintech team, which will have focus on the core parts of our finance infrastructure, is looking for more engineering power. This team is taking care of making the operative financial side of Wolt more efficient as well as supporting and building up our NetSuite platform. The customers of the team essentially being our Finance team and Local Ops teams in different countries.

The Fintech team has the ownership of the tooling for the Finance team and developing their payment automation. This includes bank integrations for all the outbound payments between us and our key stakeholders, f.ex. our Merchants and Courier Partners. In addition to this, the team develops the technology behind the operative side of our finance compliance, cash and treasury management and reconciliation tools to allow scalable traceability of funds. All of this, in a company operating in more than 20 countries, has put the team under the spotlight in a fast-moving environment.

The team will benefit from your skills with React and TypeScript as you'd take ownership of the development of the UI of the tooling the team builds. This is a super exciting time to join the team, as you'll be a crucial block in this new team building having a huge impact to the lives of our Finance and Ops teams.

The compensation will be a negotiable combination of monthly pay and Wolt stock options. The latter make it exceptionally easy to be excited about our company growing and doing well, as you'll own a piece of the pie.
