Front-end Software Engineer

Employ the very latest technologies and build progressive web apps in a geographical scaled, cloud only environment. In addition, most importantly: work with a fun and talented group of colleagues.

What you’ll do:

• As a Front end Web Engineer, you will develop new progressive web apps to help bring our DIY website platform (www.sitebuilder.com) to the next level
• You will work on a React front-end and build ES2018 libraries using webpack, and build highly scalable systems that support millions of users
• You will work in an Agile team with full-stack, front-end, back-end engineers, designers, product owner, and testers

Who you are:

• 4+ years with the modern ES6+ UI development frameworks React and experience with SPAs (Single Page Applications)
• 2+ years with the reactjs stack and state management libraries
• Understanding Task-based Asynchronous Programming ES2018
• Comfortable with build tools like Babel and Webpack
• Ability to convert Sketch (or similar tool) designs into a working PWA
• Experience building for all devices, including knowledge and understanding of responsive/adaptive design patterns
• Familiar with common design tools (e.g. Sketch, Invisionapp, Framer X)
• Experience working with Storybook.JS as a UI development environment
