Senior Software Engineer

MEDWING is building end-to-end staffing and workforce management platform to solve healthcare's rising shortage of professionals. We are well-funded by prominent investors and have already established a solid team of top-tier entrepreneurs and senior engineers.

We’re now looking for a Senior Software Engineer with ReactJS experience for one of our cross-functional agile teams. Working closely with your team-mates, you will sit in the driver's seat in delivering impactful products.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to product development by providing pragmatic solutions to business problems
• Build efficient and reusable front-end/mobile systems and abstractions
• Find and address performance issues
• Participate in design and code reviews
• Identify and communicate front-end/mobile best practices

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team-mates
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript with more than 5 years of professional working experience
• Strong knowledge and more than 3 years experience with React
• Experience with tools like Redux + Redux-Saga + Flow + Jest
• Commanding grasp of HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
• Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations
• Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities
• Experience testing frontend/mobile applications
• Experience in React Native, GraphQL, Apollo is a plus
• Knowledge of Ruby on Rails or Golang is a plus
