Senior Frontend Engineer

Atlassian is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Frontend Developer to join the Jira Cloud Platform team in Sydney. You'll be responsible for shaping Jira Cloud frontend infrastructure, services and performance. At Atlassian, we build and maintain systems that scale to millions of users. This is a role with broad technical responsibilities across all our Jira products and Jira platform. Using your programming expertise, and deep understanding of modern web architectures and distributed systems, you will help us build world-class software while scaling our development velocity and helping our developers to excel.

Work with a talented and experienced team to build world-class frontend platform, shared components, Node services and maintaining a healthy and scalable codebase. We are always growing, learning, and adapting. Our teams are super smart and we support each other to constantly improve our work. We are driven but team-oriented. Our team is defining the future of Jira Cloud frontend, and projects can vary from going deep into JavaScript bundler internals, building common observability tooling and working on improving the performance and re-building our frontend architecture.
