- Brain.fm creates functional music to help people focus, relax and sleep better - backed by science, research and evidence.
- We’ve been recognized by the National Science Foundation and awarded a grant to help investigate the use of our music to treat ADHD in a replacement for medication.
- We use similar technology in our subscription based consumer app where we currently have over 150,000 people that use us to help them achieve mental states on demand.
- We are making a service to change the world and people’s relationship to music.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of React Native development experience in high quality environments
- Documents their work clearly for other devs to share knowledge and help improve team processes
- Experience working under Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
- Located in NYC
- A passion for making a positive impact in the world
Nice to Have
- Native iOS or Android development experience
- Experience with node.js
- Experience in a fast growing startup environment
- A good eye for design
