We are currently looking for a Senior Frontend Developer (m/f/d) to apply their vast experience and methodical way of working to our codebase. Do you create architectures that can function as a solid and scalable framework? Can you keep our applications performant, extensible and responsive despite the growing number of features? Then we should definitely talk.
Your Tasks:
- Designing and implementing the user interfaces of our flight booking website fluege.de for a seamless customer journey
- Creating, maintaining and extending our various web applications
- Enhancing our container-based (Docker, Kubernetes) frontend architecture
- Optimising the user experience for multiple devices using responsive and adaptive technologies
- Working on projects in collaboration with our Design, Project Management and Backend Teams
Your Profile:
- Academic degree or relevant professional working experience in web development
- Programmatic understanding and usage of new ECMAScript standards
- Proficiency in continuous integration and delivery
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, Polymer/React and Redux/Flux
- Extensive knowledge in responsive web design and CSS pre-processors (e.g. SaSS, LESS)
- Experience with REST interfaces and semantic versioning-based development of components
- Professional working experience in Europe is mandatory
- Very good communication skills in English, German is beneficial
