Senior Front End Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Front-End React Developer who would join the existing development team and help build a modern serverless platform for small-business owners mentorship. The development team consists of 3 smaller teams working remotely from different locations. You will be a part of one of the teams. A lot of communication happens remotely and documenting your work plays a key role.

Most of the developers can take over any tasks and are not separated into frontend, backend roles or any other narrow categories. Knowledge sharing is very important for us.

Project tech stack

• Javascript and Typescript as primary programming languages
• React
• Material-UI
• Google Cloud
• Firebase

• 5+ years of professional front end software development experience in a team environment;
• Solid understanding and experience of TypeScript, React and UI frameworks;
• Experience with Google Cloud, Firebase;
• Solid understanding of SDLC, including design, testing, deployment and quality documentation;
• Knowledge of design and UX principles for web-based interfaces;
• Detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills;
• Ability to transfer business and stakeholder needs into a development project;
• Experience in a technical leadership role will be a big plus;
• At least Upper-Intermediate English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Prototype and develop the modules for the platform
• Create and maintain asynchronous code using the state of the art technologies and approaches
• Participate in designing and extending the software architecture
• Conduct code reviews and testing together with your colleagues
