Luxury Presence is a rapidly growing Bessemer-backed SaaS startup that enables real estate agents to manage their online presence. We are moving fast to become the all-in-one marketing platform for the industry. Our group is dedicated to understanding the pain points of our clients and finding innovative solutions to address them. Our mission is to constantly create new products and bring them to a state of product-market fit. In line with this, we are placing a strong emphasis on going mobile first, with a focus on building a robust and feature-rich mobile application using React Native. We are fully committed to this endeavor and will be working on it full-time in the coming year.

What you will do as an Engineering Manager
- Lead and manage a team of mobile and full stack engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities
- Collaborate with the product and design and leadership teams to understand the requirements and goals of mobile projects
- Develop and implement mobile development best practices, processes and standards
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality mobile features
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
- Participate in squad ceremonies and team events (lunch & learn, brainstorms, etc.)

Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with 2 or more years in a leadership role
- Technical expertise in mobile development, with experience in React Native or other mobile development platforms
- Experience with data-driven architecture and systems design, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team, as well as strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with others
- Embraces the concepts of Agile Scrum software development and its related collaboration and issue tracking tools (e.g. Freshworks, JIRA, Rally)
- Experience working in a Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD) model, including Github and CI pipeline automation tools
- Proven success working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
